All of our products are made to order especially for you and therefore, they take time to make our custom merchandise. Each time you purchase, you will receive a confirmation of the order and the tracking for your order.
- Order confirmation is usually provided within 2-5 business days
- Shipping time can take between 7-10 business days.
- During holidays, expect longer shipping times.
- We offer a flat fee of $4.95 on all orders, or free shipping on orders $75.00 or more

Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — provided the item is a pre-designed product from our store catalog.
Please note: Items made to your personal specifications or customized upon request are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@paddleandpetals.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to return the item — you may keep it. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal request.
