Order Processing and Shipping:

  • Made-to-Order Products: All our products are made-to-order, allowing us to create unique pieces just for you. As a result, please allow time for production.
  • Order Confirmation: After you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email within 2-5 business days, which includes details of your purchase and a tracking number.
  • Shipping Time: Our standard shipping typically takes 6-9 business days. Please be aware that during holiday periods, shipping times may be extended.
  • Size Charts: To ensure the best fit, please refer to our size charts before placing your order.

Returns and Exchanges:

  • Returns: We accept returns only for items damaged during shipping. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us for a replacement.
  • Replacements: Damaged items will be replaced and expedited at no additional cost to you.

 

  • Right of Withdrawal (EU/EEA Customers)

    If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason — provided the item is a pre-designed product from our store catalog.

    Please note: Items made to your personal specifications or customized upon request are exempt from the right of withdrawal under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)).

    To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at info@paddleandpetals.com within 14 days of receiving your order. You do not need to return the item — you may keep it. We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 14 days of your withdrawal request.
