Returns and Refunds

At Paddle and Petals, we are committed to providing the highest quality products and ensuring customer satisfaction. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the steps below:
- Contact us at info@paddleandpetals.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide a detailed description of the issue along with photos of the damaged or defective item.
- Once your claim is approved, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost to you.

All of our products are made to order especially for you and therefore, they take time to make our custom merchandise. Each time you purchase, you will receive a confirmation of the order and the tracking for your order.
